Lodged deeply within you are dispositions of healing and self-righting, there for the awakening. We offer a safe space to help you connect with your most valuable resources: **Curiosity, Courage, Compassion, and Clarity.**

Hold your experience lightly. We help you open up to what shows up—fear, shame, guilt, and pain—without judgment, making room for all parts of yourself.
Be Present
Slow down and lean in. Therapy provides the space to truly listen to yourself, honor your truth, and take in moments of healing and equanimity.
Do What Matters
Pursue your values passionately. We help you clarify your core values so you can move towards a meaningful, connected life, even in the face of uncertainty.
The Depth Synthesis: Relational, Existential, Psychoanalytic
Our practice is grounded in a deep understanding that the mind heals through **Truth** and **Relational Freedom**. We utilize the combined power of three major therapeutic lineages to foster the **Autonomous Self**.
1. Relational
Focus: The **Two-Person Model**
Healing is centered in the **here-and-now** interaction between client and therapist. The therapist is a **real, known person** who participates actively, cultivating a **durable relational matrix**—a safe and mutual connection that corrects old attachment injuries and metabolizes painful, unexpressed feelings.
2. Existential
Focus: **Problems in Living**
We reject the notion that you are "mentally ill." Instead, we recognize that you face universal human challenges like **isolation, freedom, meaninglessness, and mortality**. The work is about reclaiming personal responsibility and achieving **Relational Freedom** by confronting the **nameless dread of the human condition** with courage and clarity. As Sullivan said, "We are all more human than otherwise."
3. Psychoanalytic
Focus: The **Digestive Mind**
The mind is understood as a **digestive emotional organ** that enables us to think by first learning to **feel and process** raw, overwhelming experience. This depth work retrieves disowned parts of the self (projections), moves experience from the realm of **Envy/Hate to Gratitude/Love**, and seeks the ultimate truth of the moment (**Bion's 'O'**).
Our Core Approach: The Healing Power of Relationship
We are dedicated to providing experiential, relationally-driven, and innovative therapy services. Our clinicians are trained in multiple modalities to customize a path for your unique needs and goals.
The Psychoanalytic Compass: O, K, and The Act of Faith
The relational journey is one of profound internal transformation. Deep healing involves moving toward **'O' (Ultimate Truth)**—the unknown reality of one's being—and achieving psychological **Transcendence**. This process requires a shift from the destructive pattern of **Envy/Hate to a capacity for Gratitude/Love** through an act of understanding, experienced and felt within the safety of the therapeutic relationship (Klein & Carveth).
ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)
Harnessing emotional mindfulness and psychological flexibility to live a life aligned with your deepest values.
DBT Skills (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
Learning critical life skills in Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal Effectiveness for stability and change.
AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy)
Utilizing moment-to-moment processing of emotions to facilitate rapid emotional transformation and a deep sense of "feeling felt" and secure in the relational matrix.
Relational Psychoanalytic Approach
Focusing on the **Two-Person Model** where the real, present relationship becomes the engine of change. We provide a **durable relational matrix** to metabolize trauma, retrieve projections, and cultivate the **Autonomous Self**.
